Returns & Refund

1. Returns

You can cancel your order any time after your order has been placed, up until 60 days from the day after you received you order. If 60 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the manner in which they were received: folded properly, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached and it must also be in the original packaging. Sorry, we can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn.

2. Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded and may only be refunded if there is a remaining amount that, in the reasonable opinion of the trader, cannot be conveniently used. Any refunds will go to the purchaser of the voucher, not the recipient. Vouchers will expire in one year after the purchase date.

3. Sales

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sale prices apply only to items ordered during the sale – items ordered before or after the sale will not have prices adjusted to include discounts.

4. Addressee unknown problem

In case of the items get sent back (with “addressee unknown” or similar reasons) we have to apply an additional 5 EUR fee to resend it and these additional fees are not refundable if you later choose to return your items.

The shipping costs are calculated to deliver to one (first) location so if you correct it after an unsuccessful delivery and change your address after your order was shipped, we will bill you additional 10 EUR.

The additional fees are not refundable.

5. Shipping

To complete your return, you must email with the subject line “Return Request” to receive a Return Number. After received your Return Number, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
